The Welder Fantasy KRAMER 200 BI-PULSE MIG / MAG is a modern, synergistic inverter source that offers many possibilities while performing welding work. Its main advantages are the possibility of welding with the use of single or double pulsation current in MIG or MAG mode and the possibility of using synergistic settings.

Reliability and a wide range of device applications make them satisfy even the most demanding users. Welder Fantasy KRAMER 200 BI-PULSE MIG / MAG is a multifunctional, inverter semi-automatic welder for manual arc welding of metals and metal alloys by. MIG / MAG with the dual heartbeat option, - MIG / MAG with the option of a single pulse, - MIG / MAG - continuous welding in synergic mode, - FCAW - self-shield wire welding, - SPOT - spot welding, - TIG lift - TIG DC welding, - MMA - welding with a coated electrode. The intuitive, easy-to-use control panel allows you to quickly set all the most important welding parameters.

Thanks to synergic settings, it is possible to automatically select welding parameters such as: voltage, current and feeder speed with a single knob. The device also allows you to choose the diameter of the wire and the type of material to be welded, by choosing the welding parameters. The device has a smooth voltage and current adjustment and is equipped with an overload thermal protection system protecting against excessive heating of integrated circuits. Thanks to the use of modern IGBT technology and high-quality components, KRAMER 200 BI-PULSE MIG / MAG devices are ideally suited for professional welding work in industries such as automotive, metal constructions and many others. IGBT technology - Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor - is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate.

It combines the ease of control of field effect transistors with high breakdown voltage and the switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.

Power supply: 230V ± 10%. Power consumption [kVA] 7.7. Welding current range [A] MMA 20 - 150; MIG / MAG 20 - 200. Work cycle MIG / MAG 60% / 200A ; 100% / 155A. Diameter of welding wire [mm] 0.8 - 1.2. MMA work cycle 60% / 150A ; 100% / 112A. Dimensions height / width / length [mm] 360/210/470. MIG / MAG - Arc welding in gas shields is one of the most commonly used processes of manufacturing welded structures. The semiautomatic welding process consists in melting the edges of the work piece and the material of the hot-melt electrode with the heat of the electric arc glowing between the electrode in the form of a solid wire and the welded detail in the inert gas or active gas shield. MIG PULSE - an advanced form of welding, which uses the best of the forms of transfer of melted electrode material to a welded object. In contrast to short circuits, pulse welding does not create spatter or threaten with cold "bugs". Welding pulse positions are not limited because they are derivatives of globular or spray forms, and their use is definitely more efficient. By cooling the spray arc process, pulsed MIG is able to expand the welding range, and a smaller heat input does not cause problems with burning thin materials. MIG PULSE is one of the best welding processes for a wide range of metal applications and types.

DOUBLE PULS - Welding with the MIG / MAG method with a double pulse, we obtain a high level of appearance of the face (scales effect). In addition, the use of automatic wire feeding affects the welding performance. The MIG / MAG method with a double pulse allows you to adjust the current pulsation (pulse balance) and to adjust the wire feed speed. Thanks to this, we improve the appearance of the weld.

When welding with the MIG / MAG method with a double pulse, current pulses occur in two ranges. The sequential circuit of our devices automatically combines two levels of pulses: hot and cold. In AUTO mode, the user selects the basic welding parameters such as material type, thickness of the material to be welded, diameter of the welding wire. Other parameters are selected automatically using the database of uploaded programs.

The AUTO mode allows only continuous current welding - it is not possible to adjust the PULS and dual PULS settings. TIG DC LIFT - welding with a tungsten electrode in an inert gas shield. The use of this method allows welding all types of steel, ie carbon, alloy, stainless steel, acid resistant steel, as well as copper alloys, such as bronze or brass. The TIG holder is not a standard set. MMA - a method in which a coated electrode is used, consisting of a metal core coated with a cover.

The welder feeds the electrode as it fuses to the work piece to maintain a constant length arc and at the same time moves its melting end along the welding line. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes, eg alkaline, cellulose, rutile or acid. MMA VRD - available in MMA mode, the VRD function (Voltage Reduction Device), which reduces the rest voltage (idling) of the secondary circuit of the device. The benefits of using the MIG MAG method with a double pulse are. MIG / MAG welding with double pulse is faster than the TIG method.

MIG / MAG welding with double pulse achieves high aesthetics as TIG. MIG / MAG welding with double pulse causes less deformation than TIG method. Regulation of inductance in the MIG / MAG method - appropriately selected inductance of welding, contributes to the reduction of spatter.

It depends on the diameter of the welding wire, the shielding gas used, the current and the welding position. The reduction of the inductance makes the arc more stable and concentrated, and the increase contributes to the formation of a more liquid pool and reduction of spatter. Properly selected is characterized by a stable arc, uniform transfer of liquid metal droplets, maintaining a constant size of the weld pool and a characteristic repetitive sound without splashes or explosions. Spot welding SPOT - time welding function, used for tacking details, thanks to which equal length of welding welds can be obtained. Ignition of the arc through: 2T - two-stroke, 4T - four-stroke, 4Ts - four-act special - used for welding aluminum alloys. HOT START - a function that facilitates the commencement of welding in MMA mode.

At the moment of the arc ignition, the welding current is temporarily increased in order to warm up the material and the electrode in the place of contact and the proper shape of the penetration and the weld face in the initial stage of welding. Adjustable heart rate in the range of 0.5 - 5 Hz. Regulation of the pulse cycle in the range of 20 - 80%. Adjustment of HotI and EndI parameters - setting the value of increased arc voltage at the start and end current value, i. BURN BACK - function preventing the electrode wire from being welded to the current terminal by temporarily extruding the wire after the welding process.

The device allows you to set the burn back time in the range of -90 - 90%. PRE GAS - regulation of shielding gas shielding time before welding in the range of 0 - 10s. POST GAS - regulation of the shifting gas flow time after welding in the range of 0.1 - 50s. ARC FORCE - increasing or decreasing the length of the welding arc depending on the distance of the electrode from the material being welded. We can provide also the invoices without VAT, if you have active European VAT number.
