PRAKTIK 200 LCD SYNERGY is an inverter welding machine for MMA welding with a shielded electrode (DC) and TIG welding with a short-circuit arc. It enables welding with rutile, alkaline, stainless steel and cast iron electrodes.
Controlled synergistically, smooth regulation of welding current. Its small size and weight make it ideal for workshop and field work. The clear LCD display allows for precise adjustment of the device, ensures stable parameters and high welding quality. MMA SYNERGY - When setting the welding current, the device suggests the correct diameter of the welding electrode and the thickness of the material being welded to the selected current. VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the idle state rest voltage on the electrode to a safe value. It ensures safety against electric shock when working in humid environments.The welding machine has functions to facilitate the process of MMA welding with the covered electrode: ARC FORCE : short-circuit current control - facilitates the transfer of molten electrode droplets onto the material to be welded, preventing arc extinction when the electrode droplet comes into contact with the welding pond. HOT START : hot start regulation - makes it easier to ignite the electrode by providing more welding current at each arc event. ANTI STICK : short-circuit-proof - automatically switches off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the material to be welded, which makes it easier to tear it off and prevents an accidental formation of a welding arc. The device is equipped with a fan cooling system which significantly increases its efficiency.
